The C3PH programme “Enhanced Community Centered Conservation of Critical Marine Species and Habitats” has been issued SEP Clearance No. ECCCOCMPAHIBP-092514-001B, pursuant to the mandate of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD) under Republic Act 7611 and concurred by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as provided in its Memorandum of Agreement with PCSD dated 29 December 1994.
